Responsibilities:
- Organization and preparation of Board, shareholders’ and other meetings
- Filings with the Register of Commerce and Companies
- Filing of legal documents
- Preparing letters
- Maintenance of share registers and other corporate documents
- Liaison with notaries for notarization of documents
- Preparation of bank opening forms
- Preparing payments
Requirements:
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Previous exposure to corporate governance or experience as a Legal Assistant would be considered as a plus
- High degree of diligence and accuracy, organizational aptitude and respect of confidentiality
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
- Flexibility and strong communication and networking skills
- Capacity and affinity to work in an international, multicultural and teamwork-oriented environment
- Sound knowledge of MS word and Excel
