Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of the administration of funds, management companies and associated fund structures
- Assist with all aspects of company secretarial matters including the preparation of agendas, collation and
- distribution of board packs, obtaining directors availability and drafting minutes for routine meetings
- Undertake routine office and clerical tasks where necessary
- Prepare and track payment instructions to settle expenses
- Assist with various filings in RCS
- Maintain accurate investor records in Investran and process investor changes
- Assist in the processing of routine fund operations, including investor capital calls and distributions
- Attend client meetings in respect of administration matters as required
- Daily time recording
- Monitor own pending tasks
- Organize and prioritize own workflow with help of line manager
- Deal with matters in a timely manner
- Give feedback regularly to your senior and line manager on progress of work
Requirements:
- Degree in Law, Economics or Business Administration (Bachelor or Master degree)
- Between 0 - 2 years' experience
- An awareness and understanding of current industry
- Basic technical knowledge (relevant in-house training to be provided)Skills and Abilities
- English oral and written skills are required, German and/ or French would be considered as an advantage
- Computer literacy skills are essential
- Good interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts
