Work place: Luxembourg / Remote
- Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and exceptional IT talents
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Manage job posting and advertisement processes
- Drive all recruiting programs and source top talent to build short and long-term candidate pipelines
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates
- Preparation of interview questions, hiring and selection materials, manage the interview processes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or other related field
- Two to five years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
- Proactive and independent skill set with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Exceptional personality and willingness to have fun while working hard
- Fluent in English (is a must)
