Responsibilities:
- Full mobility and able to travel more than 70% of the work time on a short notice for short or long periods across Europe
- A flexible working approach that will allow for success in an environment that can often be subject to last-minute change,
- both in terms of client’s demand and business priorities
- A strong, in-depth understanding of effective Facilities delivery with the ability to implement a process-led Facilities operation
- Good communicator and be able to cultivate happy, proactive and cohesive international household teams
- Strong finance acumen; forecast and control of budget
Requirements:
- Excellent time management
- 3-5 years of experience
- Fluent in English and French is an asset
- Computer literate, Project management knowledge
- Very good presentation
- Ideally young, dynamique and qualified in, or demonstrate depth knowledge in Hospitality Management, Facility and Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical knowledge and hands on Understanding of Technical and Building Equipment (HVAC)
- Fluent in English, French, German, Italian or any other major European languages will be considered as an asset
