Responsibilities:
- Managing autonomously your own portfolio of non-regulated Luxembourg investment vehicles (Soparfis in the areas of Private Equity, Credit and Real Estate)
- Preparing board and shareholders´ meetings
- Drafting board meeting minutes and other relevant legal documents
- Following-up on client requests and taking part in client meetings
- Providing ongoing legal services to your client portfolio
- Liaising with notaries and international law firms
- Staying informed about legal and regulatory developments in Luxembourg
- Participating in cross-departmental projects (e.g. transfer pricing, DAC 6)
Requirements:
- You have at least 5 years of working experience as a Corporate Officer / Legal Assistant or in a similar position in Luxembourg
- You have advanced knowledge in the Luxembourg corporate law
- Your style of working is characterised by diligence, reliability and respect of confidentiality
- You demonstrate analytical and conceptual intellectual power, flexibility and strong communication skills
- You are a team player with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
- You are fluent in English and ideally in German
