Responsibilities:
- Assisting the team with various tasks related to the legal work of the domiciled companiesIncorporation: contact with notary, opening bank-accounts etc.
- Shareholders Meetings and Board Meetings, Liquidations, Standard agreements
- Ensures administrative support including correspondence, filing, payment instructions for companies, copying,
- Takes initiative related to a better functioning of the teams on a administrative level
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a financial sector in Luxembourg.
- Fluency in English, German and French. Any other EU languages considered as an asset
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High level of accuracy
- Co-operative attitude
- Sense of initiative
- (Basic) knowledge of Luxembourg Company Law
- Excellent Team player but also able to work independently
