Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the Management in association with all company activities such as managing portfolio of clients and their structures predominantly based in Luxembourg
- Work closely with the managers to assure the highest customer service
- Monitoring financial transactions and first point of contact for all clients' inquiries
- Liaise and cooperate with with other subsidiaries, Luxembourg Administration
Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting or Finance
- Previous experience working as TA or being a part of a Dealing Department a definite advanatge
- 5 years of relevant experience gained with another leading financial instituation in Luxembourg
- Working experience with Luxembourg Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds or PE/RE is a must
- Previous exposure to KYC-AML
- Experience of working on Luxembourg SPV structures considered as a great asset
- Good working knowledge of financial products
- Strong client focus skills and commitment to delivering quality at all times
- Experience or knowledge of the production and review of NAV’s
- Knowledge of the reporting for all Luxembourg structures
