Responsibilities:
- Preparation and submission of visa applications
- Provision of staff assistance with work permits
- Attending Visa interviews
- Providing assistance as required to staff during travels
- Updating and maintaining visa / work permit database for family and staff
Requirements:
- +3 years PQE gained within a leading law firm or in-house in a similar role
- Working knowledge of preparing and submitting visa applications
- Experience of Employment Law highly desirable and an asset
- Hands-on mentality, proactive and willingness to be on call out of hours
- Fluent in English and Russian is desirable as well as French
- Owing to the nature of our clients the quality of work produced is high level and the successful candidate must have attention to detail
