Responsibilities:

  • Assist to ensure that the firm’s managed companies comply with applicable local laws
  • Assist to ensure the smooth running of the corporate governance activities and companies’ affairs
  • Supporting coordination and preparation for Board meetings and other statutory meetings
  • Assist in drafting agendas and resolutions
  • Assisting to ensure timetables are followed
  • Helping to provide accurate and timely information to other stakeholders in accordance with agreed deadlines
  • Assist to ensure all regulatory and legal filings are carried out within deadlines
  • Assist to ensure efficient process of all governance and operational support matters related to the corporate life of a company
  • Supporting document execution
  • Participate in certain projects which impact Luxembourg domiciled funds and companies
  • Ensure that adequate and appropriate corporate governance frameworks are in place

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant company secretarial experience (or equivalent)
  • Very strong business English skills. French and German will be an advantage
  • Experience of dealing with investment funds
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy whilst being a strong team player
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong delivery focus and “can do” attitude
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations
  • Experience of dealing with investment funds
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good resistance to stress
