Responsibilities:
- Be proactively responsible of all activities associated with accounting, monitoring and corporate administration
- Prepare monthly CSSF and BCL reports
- Maintain the statutory accounting records of the Luxembourg companies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, CIT and VAT returns
- Provide assistance to auditors and tax advisors
- Be the contact person for banks regarding cash management, payment of all invoices and expenses
- In future select, train and supervise more junior accounting staff
Requirements:
- Accounting degree
- Relevant experience of 3-5 years
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Perfect command of English is mandatory, other languages being an advantage
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage several tasks
- Team player with the ability to back up colleagues in a small office environment
- Strong PC skills with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
